About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Community Heart Failure Service Coordinator to join our team at Liverpool University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with heart failure specialist nurses and consultants, providing administrative support and coordination across acute, community, and virtual ward settings.

The salary for this role is £24,071 to £25,674 per annum pro rata, reflecting the trust's commitment to recognizing the value of our staff. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for heart failure specialist nurses and consultants.
  • Undertake general office duties, including photocopying, filing, and distribution of documents.
  • Accept treatment referrals and allocate patient appointments and clinic schedules as requested.
  • Receiving and transmitting information verbally/electronically using computer/e-mail/fax.
  • Handling non-clinical telephone enquiries/queries from patients, GPs, and colleagues related to the service.
