About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project stakeholders to facilitate meetings, set agendas, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project meetings, schedule events, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Set clear agendas, take accurate meeting notes, and maintain records of discussions
  • Maintain open communication channels with senior stakeholders and act as a point of contact for queries related to meetings
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between departments
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving, good communication abilities, and enthusiasm for project coordination are essential.

Package Details

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,500 - £37,000 per annum, along with access to exclusive benefits and rewards. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
