Job Description

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to support the day-to-day running of our Women's Health Service. As a Care Coordinator at a Primary Care Network, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality women's health care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing Appointments: You will be responsible for managing appointments via EMIS Web, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Organising Daily Operations: You will assist in the organisation of daily operations, including stock management, waiting list administration, and service promotion across the PCN.
  • Liaising with Practices and Healthcare Professionals: You will develop strong relationships with practices and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
