We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist at Downing, a leading real estate investment, development, and management business.

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various IT systems. They will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing contract reports, and coordinating with team colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports and other documents as required
  • Manage contract reports, remedial works, and certifications
  • Process invoices and track budget expenditures
  • Assist with budget forecasts and end of year reconciliation reports
  • Liaise with third parties to provide necessary documents for auditor review

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Ability to coordinate with team colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of MS packages including Excel
  • Previous experience handling data inputting
