About the Role:

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide vital administrative and reception support to our dedicated team working with young people who cannot live at home.

The successful candidate will contribute to the culturally sensitive care of Aboriginal children, young people, and families, ensuring they feel supported and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, booking travel, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure operational compliance with children and young people's files in line with regulations.
  • Assist with financial tracking and support the team in case plan meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate II in Business Administration (or working towards it).
  • Experience in administrative roles (desirable) and working with Aboriginal communities.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

The estimated salary for this position is $39.34 per hour plus 11.5% super. The role also offers a supportive workplace that values cultural inclusion and professional growth, and opportunities for training and development.
