Job Overview

Sureserve, a leading compliance and energy services provider in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join its team in Liverpool. This fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading heating and hot water specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in domestic gas administration or similar is desirable but not essential.

A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum is offered for this role, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support and outstanding customer service to social housing and public sector clients.

  • Deal with problems and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Develop IT literacy and learn new systems quickly.
