Salary
The hourly rate for this role is £12-£12 DOE (depending on experience), with a guaranteed minimum of 1 month's pay plus holiday top-up.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's HR team as a Temporary HR Support Specialist. As a skilled administrator, you will support the HR Manager with employee-based administration, including note-taking, policy reviews, letter generation, and employee database maintenance.

You will be working in a small yet efficient HR operation, tackling diverse tasks daily. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to navigate and signpost enquiries to the relevant team member in a professional and personable fashion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior HR administration experience is preferred, but any administrative background will be considered if you are adaptable.
  • You must be a confident system user, able to navigate new systems with light touch training.
  • Your attention to detail is crucial for employee contract changes, personal detail amends, or policy changes.

Benefits

You will have full-time working hours of 37 hours on a flexible work pattern basis, Monday to Friday. The role is 100% office-based in Liverpool City Centre, with access to excellent local transport links and modern offices.
