Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Assist with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence with candidates
  • Maintain HR records and databases
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities
  • Assist with payroll administration

Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
