The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex ER casework. They will also collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience. With a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive remuneration package.

As an expert in employee relations, you will provide guidance and support to our client's dedicated ER Team. With a strong understanding of employment law and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in this challenging yet rewarding role.
