Senior Human Resources Manager

This role involves developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of local laws and regulations, as well as experience in HR and administrative management.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent;
- Preparing salary structure proposals and managing the local payroll process to ensure compliance with internal standards and local legal provisions;
- Developing and implementing local HR strategies and administrative procedures that align with local laws and business objectives;
- Collaborating with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycles;
- Managing document control, official stamping, and office administration;
- Fostering a positive company culture among local team members and improving engagement and satisfaction;
- Resolving employee relations issues using a systematic approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including familiarity with local laws;
- More than 2 years of experience in HR and administrative management;
- Excellent learning ability;
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
