Tradewind Recruitment is a leading education recruitment agency in Liverpool. We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Trust and HR Team, reporting directly to the Director of HR. This full-time position comes with a salary of up to £38,223 per year, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research on employment legislation and statutory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification
  • Strong HR background
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one
  • Full and complete 10-year career history
  • Minimum of 2 references, including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
