Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Buying and Merchandising teams as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This 18-month apprenticeship programme will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration and develop strong skills in Excel.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide administrative support to both the Buying and Merchandising teams, including daily tasks such as filing, sample room management, and post. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects related to benchmarking and competitor analysis, helping to inform buying decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support, including filing, sample room management, and post.
  • Assisting with marketing and eCom requirements, including photo shoot deadlines and database information.
  • Contributing to benchmarking and competitor analysis projects, helping to inform buying decisions.
  • Liaising with Stock Placement teams to ensure effective allocation and replenishment of stock into stores.
  • Producing Monday trade sales reports for both Buying and Merchandising.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C / 9-5, including Maths and English.
  • Previous Level 3 qualification (A-Levels or equivalent).
  • Strong Excel skills.
