Job Description:
Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join their team in Chester. As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm welcome to clients, manage front-of-house duties, and undertake essential administrative tasks.
This role combines administrative responsibilities with client interaction, ensuring no two days are the same. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work and committed to providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and ensure a warm welcome for clients
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries efficiently
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain an organized reception area and filing system
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external contacts effectively
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- A friendly and approachable demeanor is required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment, is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 per annum, offering a stimulating and rewarding environment where your contributions will be recognized and valued.
