Role Overview
This Flexible Part Time Receptionist role is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Reception team at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide reception and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the work environment. This includes receiving and directing patients and visitors, providing sensitive support, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Responsibilities
- Provide reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the work environment
- Receive and direct patients and visitors, providing sensitive support when needed
- Maintain effective communication channels, including telephone and face-to-face interactions
- Assist with data collection, statistics, and report generation
- Monitor security within the building and maintain clean, tidy, and safe reception areas

Requirements and Salary
The requirements for this role include an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, proven experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software, experience with patient administration systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The estimated salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
