About the Job:
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Reception Team Member to join our dedicated team at Dixie Dean Hotel. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, handling reservations and check-ins, and being the first point of contact for our valued guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient and effective communication
- Manage the front desk operation, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Upsell and promote hotel amenities and services
- Build relationships with regular guests and tailor their experience
- Contribute to the hotel's success by meeting performance targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a customer-facing role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software
- Availability for early and late shifts, including weekends
