We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the General Manager and Clinical Director within the Surgical Directorate Office at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Personal Assistant to senior managers within a large organisation, preferably within the NHS.

Key skills and qualifications include advanced keyboard skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to work as part of a team and independently under pressure.

A level of English language competency and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, which involves minute taking, secretarial and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will be able to adapt readily to change and work flexibly as required.
