We are currently seeking an ambitious Business Growth Consultant to join our team, focusing on delivering unparalleled sales results and propelling business success.
**Attractive Salary Package**The successful candidate can anticipate a highly competitive salary of approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, encompassing a significant bonus structure, comprehensive health insurance, contributory pension, complimentary meals, and one-on-one coaching from expert sales consultants.
**Primary Objectives**- Foster a deep understanding of DCTUK's strategic goals and collaborate closely with the team to attain them.
- Craft and execute effective sales strategies to consistently surpass monthly targets, capitalising on each inbound lead and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Refine phone interactions, systematically developing skills to promptly secure new orders and achieve maximum sales potential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in B2B sales, particularly within the flooring or construction industries.
- Proven expertise in cultivating creative solutions, enhancing sales outcomes, and fuelling business expansion.
