About the Job:

  • You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services, meeting client expectations and exceeding their needs.
  • With a strong focus on industry trends and client strategies, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, promoting and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • As a Sales Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance, using CRM software to analyze data and inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Promote and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services, meeting client expectations.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using CRM software to analyze data and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, always looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
