Job Title: E-commerce Growth Manager

£45k basic + up to 30% commission paid quarterly, estimated salary range £55.50 - £65.70 per hour.

This role is based remotely but may require occasional travel to customer sites and offices.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of the sales recruitment company, you will be responsible for driving client growth and retention through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, driving growth and retention through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client ROI, recommending and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Sales, Marketing) to ensure client needs are prioritised.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the company, influencing product development and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in E-commerce, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance client ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage complex stakeholder networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for managing client data and tracking performance.
