We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving business growth through effective commercial management and negotiation.
This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer/supplier relationships, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive industry. A Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance is essential, with a Master's preferred. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in other languages is a bonus.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and reporting customer needs and requests, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard within Veoneer
- Ensuring the coordination and cooperation of internal stakeholders to guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction
You will also participate in commercial negotiations, implement production capacities and technical solutions aligned with customer expectations, and identify additional sales opportunities. Additionally, you will carry out reporting of commercial activities to senior management and track customer data in computer systems.
