About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in a technical sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Environmental testing/Mechanical/Aerospace industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the UK.
