We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Respect, a leading not-for-profit organisation in aged care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical nursing care to residents, including conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What We Offer:

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development, flexible working hours, and a supportive work environment.
