We are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Professional - Aged Care to join our team at Respect, a leading provider of aged care services.
About the Role:
This role involves providing clinical nursing care to residents in a variety of settings, including residential facilities and home care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive work environment.
