We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Senior Clinical Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of clinical specialists, providing expertise and guidance on best practice in transfer care. They will also be responsible for implementing audit, quality, and risk management initiatives to ensure high-quality care is delivered to patients.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the development and improvement of our transfer services, working closely with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to achieve this goal. You will also be expected to contribute to the promotion of our services, both within the trust and externally.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong background in transfer care, with experience of working in a similar role or as a senior practitioner in a relevant field. You will also need to show excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
