We are currently seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Respect Aged Care, a not-for-profit organisation with a proud history of serving older residents in Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will provide safe, competent, and contemporary clinical nursing care to residents within the scope of practice as determined by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work across various shifts, including flexible hours, and enjoy pay incentives such as not-for-profit salary packaging.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Compiling a comprehensive history from residents and/or family members to identify care needs
  • Maintaining accurate documentation that reflects care delivery
  • Completing ACFI assessments and documentation as required for the shift and contributing to maximising income

To be considered for this role, you must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry. You will need to possess a successful completion of a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care, and a current National Police Certificate.
