Enrolled Nurse Position in Aged Care

We are currently seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile comprehensive histories and maintain accurate documentation.
- Administer medications and contribute to resident care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care to residents.
Requirements:
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A MINIMUM DIPLOMA OF NURSING OR EQUIVALENT.
- CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE AUSTRALIAN HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION AGENCY (AHPRA).
- KNOWLEDGE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CLASSIFICATION SCALE AND STANDARDS FOR AGED CARE.
- CURRENT NATIONAL POLICE CERTIFICATE (OR ABILITY TO ACQUIRE).
