Job Opportunity: Regional Business Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Business Manager to join our team at Guided Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global medical aesthetics company and contribute to our continued success.

As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategy and results, with a major product launch and a high-growth agenda in the first year. You will also be expected to take ownership of the sales strategy for the region, provide excellent line management to your team, and partner with Head of Corporate Accounts to identify and execute on regional high opportunity accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage a team of sales professionals
- Analyze and report on sales performance
- Take ownership of the sales strategy for the region
- Provide excellent line management to your team

Requirements:

- Extensive experience as a Sales Manager
- Proven record developing new and existing markets and growth within a similar organisation
- Strong management experience within field sales
- Goal and results-orientated approach

Estimated Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum
