We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our Customer PMO department at Claranet Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of services across multiple teams, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage updates on orders, ensuring clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to ensure seamless handover of tasks and actions throughout the order progression.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to order progression, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Exceptional customer-facing skills and ability to work with customers at all levels of seniority.
  • Proven experience of providing high-level project administrative support in an IT services environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including excellent telephone skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and willingness to learn.
