At Serco, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our service users, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellent service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure fully compliant and effective transportation services
  • Schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users, as required by the contract
  • Monitor the customer portal regularly and ensure all travel requests are uploaded to facilitate KPI 4 timescales
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC contract
  • Update visual management boards and contribute to operational excellence within the Service Delivery Centre
  • Maintain data integrity of the IT systems to support performance reporting
  • Produce reports, briefings, and information updates to a high standard within limited timeframe

What You Need to Do the Job:

  • Ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate information updates across the Service Delivery departments
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong ICT skills
  • Ability to travel within the regions and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver's licence is essential)
  • Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required
