Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 PA

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in the IA and Transport directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellent service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure fully compliant and effective transportation services.
  • Schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users, as required by the contract.
  • Monitor the customer portal regularly and frequently to ensure all travel requests are uploaded to facilitate KPI 4 timescales.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC contract.
  • Update visual management boards and contribute to operational excellence within the Service Delivery Centre.
  • Maintain data integrity of the IT systems to support performance reporting.
  • Produce reports, briefings and information updates to a high standard within limited timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate information updates across the Service Delivery departments.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Strong ICT skills.
  • Ability to travel within the regions and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver's licence is essential).
  • Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required.
