We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Claranet. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update systems and tools with accurate information to enable seamless order fulfillment and support for our customers.
  • Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly Service Delivery WIP Reports, highlighting progress against delivery targets and schedules.
  • Manage change requests for orders in progress, collaborating with Sales Support and Solution Architects as needed, and ensuring customer approval and cost approval.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to order progression, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure smooth handovers of orders to customers and support functions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of 3rd party services and manage jeopardy situations.
  • Support Project Managers on major projects, maintaining project documentation and attending project meetings as required.
  • Build strong relationships with Service Managed customers, acting as a customer champion and attending Service Reviews as needed.
  • Manage or work on internal projects as required.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer-facing skills, who is confident, proactive, and flexible. You should have the ability to work accurately and proactively, with an eye to detail and the ability to prioritize a complex workload. Proven written and oral communication skills, including excellent telephone skills, are essential. You should be able to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn.

Critical competencies include substantial experience of providing high-level project administrative support or administrative support in an IT services environment. ITIL v4 and Project Management knowledge are desirable, as is demonstrable commercial understanding and an educated background (NVQ level 4, degree/HND or equivalent).
