About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to systems and tools to facilitate efficient solution delivery and support for customers.
  • Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly Service Delivery Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, highlighting progress against delivery targets and schedules.
  • Manage change requests for in-progress orders in collaboration with Sales Support and Solution Architects, obtaining necessary customer approvals and ensuring additional costs are approved and charged.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to order progression, escalating issues according to team processes to ensure risks are understood, communicated, and minimized.
  • Ensure seamless handovers of orders to customers and support functions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of third-party services and manage jeopardy situations, such as Telco wayleaves and excess charges.
  • Support Project Managers on major projects by maintaining project documentation, including RAID Logs, WIP, and Highlight reports.
  • Attend Project Kick-off, Review, and Closure Meetings as required.
  • Work closely with Service Managers to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
