Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Claranet. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update systems and tools with accurate information to enable seamless solutions and support for our customers.
  • Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly Service Delivery WIP Reporting, highlighting progress against delivery targets and schedules.
  • Manage change requests for orders in progress, collaborating with Sales Support and Solution Architects as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to order progression, escalating issues according to team processes.
  • Ensure timely handovers of orders to customers and support functions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of 3rd party services and manage jeopardy situations.
  • Support Project Managers on major projects, maintaining project documentation as required.
  • Attend project meetings and work closely with Service Managers to build strong relationships with Service Managed customers.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer-facing skills, who is confident, proactive, and hardworking. You should be able to work accurately and proactively, with an eye to detail and the ability to prioritize a complex and varied workload. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including telephone skills, are essential. You should be able to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn.

Critical Competencies:

  • Substantial experience in providing high-level project administrative support or administrative support in an IT services environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 and Project Management knowledge.
  • Demonstrable commercial understanding/acumen.
  • Educated to NVQ level 4, degree/HND or equivalent qualification/experience.
