Patient Experience Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Patient Advisor to join our team at Northgate Health Centre. This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, working 16 hours per week on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to follow policies and procedures, and be competent with EMIS Web, Docman 10, Accurx & Surgery Connect.
What You'll Do:- Follow policies and procedures to ensure effective patient care.
- Use your communication skills to handle patient queries and provide information about the surgery's services.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to support patient needs.
- Be flexible and cooperative to meet the changing needs of the practice.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £12 p/hour. The estimated annual salary is approximately £25,000.
