About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Cardiology team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Service, ensuring effective patient administration that supports clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

The role involves providing administrative support to Consultant/s, clinical staff, and patients under their care, including diary administration, correspondence support, and other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CRM Service with effective patient administration
  • Provide administrative support to Consultant/s and clinical staff
  • Use a digital transcription system to produce clinical correspondence
  • Monitor urgent investigation requests and action them accordingly
  • Answer telephone calls in a timely manner

Requirements:
