Patient Access Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Patient Access Specialist Lead, supporting the management of outpatient and inpatient referral to treatment (RTT) pathways at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the practical management of the outpatient and inpatient waiting lists, working closely with the Directorate to ensure waiting list improvements and national targets are achieved. This includes developing access plans for any patient at risk of breach, and ensuring plans are communicated to and agreed with all relevant staff.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the NHS. However, please note that the actual salary may vary depending on individual circumstances.
