Accounting Coordinator

As an Accounting Coordinator at Mash Direct, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting team in managing the company's finances. Your responsibilities will include dealing with incoming supplier communications, preparing and processing supplier payments, and performing supplier account reconciliations. You will also assist in the implementation of our new digitised ordering system and liaise with other departments and staff members. To be successful in this role, you will need proficiency in Purchase Ledger and Microsoft Excel, as well as minimum 2 years' experience in a busy office environment. You will also need to be competent in Microsoft Teams Office 365. In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of £26,000.00-£30,500.00 per year, along with benefits such as a canteen, casual dress, and cycle to work scheme.
