Job Overview: As a Financial Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's financial processes. This temporary (10-12 week) full-time position involves organizing and recording supplier invoices and credit notes, processing high volume invoices/supplier payments, and resolving customer/supplier queries via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and recording supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Processing high volume invoices/supplier payments
  • Resolving customer/supplier queries via email and phone
  • Matching invoices with approved purchase orders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounts role using the purchase ledger
  • Previous experience operating an accounting software
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office to include Excel
