Tate is currently seeking a Part-time HR Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the senior management team to develop an operational plan and business strategy, while also providing support on all HR-related issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting management on employee relations, training, and pay structures
  • Reviewing and updating the company's equal opportunities policy
  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of HR, including employee relations, training, and pay structures. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
