Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Head of People and Culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and developing strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and benefits, as well as employee relations. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, managers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead the HR function and team
- Monitor, update, and advise staff and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Manage the production of relevant information for managers and the Board of Trustees
- Ensure the monthly payroll process is completed
- Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of staff and volunteers
- Annual staff appraisal and staff survey processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR leadership
- Significant experience in managing talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and benefits, as well as employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
