Therapy Services Senior Leader

Maintaining exceptional standards of patient care is crucial to the success of our healthcare services. We are looking for an experienced Therapy Services Senior Leader who can help us achieve this goal by overseeing the provision of occupational therapy services to our patients.
The ideal candidate will possess significant post-registration experience working at a senior specialist level in a relevant field, with a comprehensive knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with their experience. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Therapy Services Senior Leader will be responsible for overseeing the provision of occupational therapy services to patients, managing a team of occupational therapists, and contributing to clinical education and in-service training.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A recognised BSC Honours degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Completion of validated/nationally professionally recognised postgraduate specialist courses and ongoing relevant postgraduate training
- State registration via Health and Care Professions Council
- Member of relevant specialist clinical interest group
- Clinical Educators course
