This role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, commensurate with their experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Occupational Therapy Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, supervising junior staff members, and contributing to clinical education and in-service training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognised BSC Honours degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Completion of validated/nationally professionally recognised postgraduate specialist courses and ongoing relevant postgraduate training
  • State registration via Health and Care Professions Council
  • Member of relevant specialist clinical interest group
  • Clinical Educators course
