The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for the Clinical Senior Occupational Therapy Manager position.

As a Clinical Senior Occupational Therapy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of occupational therapy services across various sites.

Key requirements include a highly specialist comprehensive knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment techniques, as well as experience of interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary team working.

Excellent leadership and management skills, along with the ability to motivate and negotiate with patients and colleagues, are necessary for success in this role.

The salary for this position is approximately £58,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience.

This role requires a strong understanding of local and national policies and procedures, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
