Senior Occupational Health Clinical Lead
Package Details: £58,000 - £68,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday - Flexible Working Hours)
Location: Manchester

Remit:
The Role:

- To lead and provide advice, support, and clinical guidance to the clincians and to act as a professional role model providing strong, facilitative, and effective clinical leadership.
- Develop and maintain the delivery of occupational health services in conjunction with the company directors..
- To lead the development, update, and review of all clinical policies, procedures, and standing orders.
- To support and participate in the companies clinical audit program and clinical governance framework.
- Work closely with members of the Senior Management Team to contribute to meeting the companies strategic and operational objectives, including the development of new products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
- Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
- Able to work as an independent & autonomous Senior Occupational Health Clinical Lead.
- A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
- A pro-active & motivated person who endeavors all types of challenges.
- A full UK driving licence. (Desired but not essential)

Package Details:

- Salary £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.

My client is looking to pay £58,000 - £68,000 per annum plus benefits which will be discussed further at interview.
