Cell Therapy Medical Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cell Therapy Medical Specialist to join our team at Gilead Sciences, a leading research-based biopharmaceutical company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in haematological malignancies, cell therapy, and medical affairs. As a field-based role, you will work closely with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to provide expert education and support for CAR-T therapies.

About the Role:
  • Provide medical education and training to NHS stakeholders on CAR-T therapies and their applications in haematological malignancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and market access, to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to advance Gilead's business interests.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science discipline (e.g., medicine, pharmacy, biology).
  • Proven experience in medical affairs, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cell therapy, CAR-T technologies, and haematological malignancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
