We are seeking a skilled and experienced Psychological Therapies Specialist to lead our acute inpatient service in South Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to strategic leadership and service development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with complex mental health conditions, including psychosis, personality disorders, and trauma. They will also have expertise in delivering supervision and service development. As a permanent member of staff, you will be part of our dynamic team and work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

This role offers a competitive salary of £68,200 - £71,500 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including additional leave, company pension, enhanced maternity leave, free parking, sick pay, and UK visa sponsorship. As a Psychological Therapies Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Psychological Therapies provision of an adult acute inpatients service
  • Contributing to strategic leadership and service development for acute inpatients and PICU
  • Holding a small clinical caseload of consultation and indirect working

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in psychological therapies and experience working with complex mental health conditions
  • Expertise in delivering supervision and service development
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
