We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our team at Entain Group. This role will provide support to the Head of Reward in delivering expert advice on executive compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK corporate governance environment, investor body guidelines, and the Corporate Governance Code. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong planning and project management skills.

A competitive salary for this position is estimated at £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, benefits may include attractive bonus schemes, a stake in the company's success through our ShareSave scheme, wellbeing support, and more.

As a Compensation and Benefits Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on executive compensation and benefits
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across various teams, including Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax, and Finance
  • Collating data for inclusion in regulatory filing requirements and obtaining auditor sign-off
  • Liaising with external advisors to ensure compliance and improvement of our remuneration reporting
