Cloud Solutions Sales Role

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at DCV Technologies Limited. As a key member of the sales function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think creatively. You will be responsible for leading generation through outbound campaigns, events, and initial management of inbound inquiries. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer experiences as the first point of contact for prospective customers, educate and develop prospects until they are ready for further engagement with the sales team, thoroughly vet leads to confirm they conform to company guidelines, and deliver highly qualified leads that meet company qualification guidelines.

You will collaborate with the marketing team and wider sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Maintain high productivity levels and manage multiple priorities effectively. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as defined by the business. Travel occasionally to trade shows and other marketing and sales events.

What We Offer:

  • Standard base salary of £35,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission structure based on meetings sat and opportunities created.
  • Market-competitive comprehensive benefits package, including private medical, non-contributory pension, car allowance (for field sales roles), product and sales training, and 25 days paid annual leave (excluding bank holidays).
