Senior Manager of Partnership Growth

Hanson Search is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnership Growth to lead the growth of their corporate client base and deliver successful partnerships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
About the Role:- Lead and manage the Corporate Partnerships team to grow the corporate client base.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing teams to align business strategies.
The Senior Manager of Partnership Growth will be responsible for creating and executing business strategies, managing KPIs, and driving new business. A strong understanding of ED&I and leadership development is also required.
Salary Range:£110,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
