We are looking for a seasoned Senior Partnership Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our partnership management team, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with our marketing agencies and systems integrator partners. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies that drive growth and success for both our partners and their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to help partners achieve their growth objectives with Klaviyo.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to educate partners on platform enhancements and support their integration into their offerings.
  • Spend up to 25% of your time traveling across the UK and Europe to build relationships and attend events.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in Partnerships, Channel, Account Management, or Commercial Customer Success roles within SaaS (preferably in MarTech or working with eCommerce-focused accounts).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships in a high-velocity, high-volume environment with a focus on driving partner productivity.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) with business-fluent Spanish or Italian as a bonus.
  • Exceptional influencing and relationship-building abilities across all levels of seniority, with the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between £53,200 - £79,800 per year, depending on experience.
